The Shiyan project is a flexible assembly line solution for Dongfeng commercial vehicle engines. It is used for the assembly of 1.5-ton diesel engines. The entire project is a turnkey project, including aerial steel structure, 51 AGV commissioning, suspension chain docking, MES docking, etc. The entire installation and commissioning requires It was completed during the National Day holiday, and the Jingyuan project team was racing against time. The double festival coincided with the maintenance of the user's power grid. In the case of insufficient light in the workshop during the day, the installers could only use flashlights to carry out the construction. The power grid was powered on at 5 pm, and the commissioning team continued to fight until 12 pm. Due to the remote location of the project, it often took about an hour to take a taxi in the early morning. Everyone could only walk for half an hour and then ride the shared bicycle together, which took more than an hour. Just returned to the residence. There was a slight drizzle in Shiyan in the early morning, and the night was cold, leaving traces of their efforts on the empty streets.
