The project is the first to use the process AGV assembly line to complete the automatic engine assembly line transfer work, while the all-round load-bearing rollerway AGV is used for pallet transfer work, the combination of the two, optimize the factory space layout, no equipment connection between the AGV stations, occupy a small space area, convenient for workers, materials passage. According to the customer's needs, the AGV adopts customized management to meet a variety of product sizes, 1000KG-3000KG and other load requirements, visualization interface management, real-time reporting of material information status, monitoring the logistics and transportation information of the workshop, both from the perspective of production safety and efficiency, are more obvious advantages, the entire production line is also more flexible.
